My partner is getting incredible results using St. John's Wort for 
ADD.  We'd read something in a mainstream newspaper about some studies
being done on just that, seems SJW works on the dopamine receptors, so
he decided to try it.  What he's found is that he's more able to focus,
is less distractable.
He's taking 600mg in the morning and 300 at lunch, this seems to work
best for him.
