No. The appearance of any is quite unlikely too, as there just aren't many 
Fidonet systems that are served by PRIs (the minimal requirement of the 
limited number of existing K56Flex servers). I know of no manufacturuer that 
will produce a K56Flex equivalent of the USR I-modem. Once the dust has 
settled on V.PCM however, ZyXEL is the most likely vendor to produce such a 
device.
