Hello Brian,
 
it is for me no problem at all to send the programme via email over the 
Internet. I can use a 128 kB (yes 1 hundred and 28 kiloBaud) link to the 
internet for 24 hours a day continuous without having to login to any 
provider. Nevertheless I know that a lot of people do not have Internet 
access and I therefor only distribute the programme by 'normal' or snailmail. 
And yes, it's cheaper to distribute via Internet but it is not my intention 
to get rich :-)
