Yes, c stands for "cup" 250 ml. Do you use Mealmaster as your recipe 
database, if you do, most of the units convert more or less correctly between 
ameican (cups etc) and metric.
as for pk, that is packet and sweet 'n' low is an artificial sweetener, like 
candarel, but which also comes in packets. I'm afraid I don't know how much a 
"packet" holds - it's for that reason that I'm not very keen on quantities 
like "can" or "packet" for recipes sent internationally, as no one can know 
the sizes. However, one can always ask, right? :-))))
