While I'm out begging for information, who can answer these questions for me? What is the meaning of /bis/ in protocols such as V.32bis? If V.22 means 1200bps, V.22bis means 2400bps, and V.32 means 9600bps, does this mean V.32bis should really be 19200 and not 14400? Who was responsible for developing and releasing the V.fc standard? Why is 33000bps referred to as V.34+ and not V.34bis? I'd appreciate any comments on these questions. * AmyBW v2.11 * --- AmyBW v2.11* Origin: Mike's BBS,Boyup Brook:where in hell is that? 097-653037 (3:690/426) SEEN-BY: 50/99 78/0 620/243 623/630 624/300 640/820 690/115 245 254 354 370 SEEN-BY: 690/416 426 430 500 613 640 660 676 682 718 750 711/401 409 410 413 SEEN-BY: 711/430 510 808 809 899 932 934 712/515 713/888 714/906 800/1 SEEN-BY: 7877/2809 @PATH: 690/426 416 660 711/409 808 809 934 |
