Ok, 

1. Very few people have the ability to detect a V.32bis retrain
from the V.32bis side.

2. Most people wouldn't be looking at that, even if they did have
the ability.

3. Most people wouldn't bother reporting the problem here, even
if they had done 1 and 2.  

In other words, business as usual.
