      Title: Egg and Walnut Spread

      Yield: 4 servings
      4    Hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1/4 c  Chopped walnuts
           Mayonaise or light sour
           Cream
    1/4 ts Dijon mustard, or to taste
  Add enough mayonnaise or sour cream to eggs to achieve spreading
  consistency. Add mustard to taste. Spread on bagels or bagel chips.
  Makes 4 to 6 servings.
