Thanks for the response. I am aware of the statistics you refer to, and I
appreciate the positive overtones. I still think the envirnomental
organizations should address overbreeding. It seems obvious to me that the
trend you speak of is occurring so slowly that by the time it has a real
impact, if ever, most of the other species will be gone and the "dominoes"
will have all ready started. I really wouldn't care as much if I didn't have
a 20 yr old daughter to leave behind. I know my concerns are not at all well
received in our society, they go against our "fiber" "motherhood and apple
pie", but I'm not one to care about my image, when the things I love are
being abused by, let's face it, stupid people.
Enough! You and I seem to atleast have similar interests and I hope you keep
the candle burning.
