tundraw may do it, and pablodraw. i never liked those ones, so i never used
them after a few tries. just so you know, save to gif or png so you dont get
the wrong colors.

also elysium editor by michael preslar saves to other formats than gif. let me
know if you want that, because i have the file but his website has been taking
down for elysium.
