Really.  Jimmy Carter was supposed to be one of the most intelligent (IQ
wise) presidents we have ever had.  A nuclear engineer no less.  Just so
happened that he was one of the worst LEADERS we have ever had, and even
liberal leaning presidential historians rate him as one of our below
average to bad Presidents.  The much less high IQ (supposedly) Reagan, just
happened to be one of the best most inspiring and visionary leaders we have
ever had as President.  Even the left leaning historians rate Reagan in the
top 10% of Presidents all time.  I believe they rated him around 5th best.

So much for Phil and Ewings guy that say intelligence and not leadership is
what matters most.  Yeah give me a lying no leader egghead as President.
