periodic fruit-basket upsets that local stations go through.

I don't know if you remember the clip, but he's not always the
stand-on-the-beach-in-a-hurricane guy.  Last year, he was the
stand-between-two-buildings-in-a-hurricane-and-go-sailing-through-the-air
guy.  It was hysterical!
