I just read Dave Barry's second novel, and he has a local TV station lose
about a dozen guys in a succession of hurricane-related accidents, one
after the other; like the cameraman and newsguy who were standing knee-deep
in water, reporting on the boy who was rescued from that very puddle when
there was a powerline down-- all of a sudden the picture went black.
