Hello to all!!!
  And welcome to a 'Campbell Co.' Paintball forum, generously hosted
                       by: The Engineering Room!
  We are *VERY* excited about putting together a Local/Multi-National
 conference involving 'Paintballing'. To some people, it can be a 
 rather obscure sport-"All that running around, pelting each other
 with little balls of colored paint...that MUST hurt when they hit".
 Unfortunately, the mistique that surrounds Paintballing is that of
 any sport that is deemed "Thrill-Seeking". EI...Bungee-Jumping-"Well,
 What happens if the rope SNAPS?", Skydiving-"You ain't gettin' me up
 there!", and our favorite, Bunny-Spotters-"Well, when we're all gone,
 it'll still be out there."
  So, you see, it really isn't that bad. If you have ever played "WAR"
 when you were a kid, then you will *really* love "Paintball" as an 
 adult. Ya' just never know till you try!?! 
  This is more or less a 'Welcome' post of sorts. Our agenda for the
 local forum is that of a more casual tone. We intend to bring current
 events onto the local scene, but, we really need to post pertinent
 information that applies to the people in the Reno/Sparks/Carson City
 area. Updates of local events, who's who on the TOP 10 list, hints/
 tips/tricks that are indigenous to our area and feedback or input 
 from people who've actually played each other. Some of this will be
 lost on the international scene, so it is imperative that we keep the
 local line alive and well, lest' we be swallowed whole by the larger 
 echo.
