When you say profile I take it your after an initilisation setup for FD?
Anyway for my M11F with FD v.2.20c and RA I use the following:

Of course there are other settings in your batch file and your set up for
FD & RA that can upset things and the modem (hardware) can be faulty
but these settings give me a reliable connect in poor line conditions.
