I am running my EleBBS on a Windows XP machine, and I am using binkd to
send and receive mail from my mail hub.  In it's config, there is a
statement that will execute my mail tosser (fastecho).

The problem is that I have been getting an annoying error that I cannot
explain, nor correct.  It says: "NTDVM has encountered a system error:
the paramater is incorrect. Click close to terminate the application"

Then, I have a 'close' button and an 'ignore' button.  The problem also
freezes the system till I make a choice, and I'm not around the computer
most of the time it occurs.

Anyone familiar with this problem?
