We humans aren't smart enough yet to understand that aspect.

For example, Genesis 1:3 "And God said, "Let there be
light," and there was light."

We only learned in the last ten years that immediately after the Big Bang
there was NO light.  Light didn't yet exist, the Universe was dark.  It was
some time AFTER the Big Bang that "light" was 'created.'

Whoever wrote Genesis couldn't possibly have known that.  God passed that
tidbit along.  How could God have known?  Because He designed the Universe
to be created that way.

So the easiest way to know the future is to be the one (One) who creates it...
