You (not me) asked the question: "The word homosexual came into
existence in the early 1890's. How come the word appears in the

King James: Corinthians 6:9:
"Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of
God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers,
nor effeminate, nor ABUSERS OF THEMSELVES WITH MANKIND..." [Emphasis
mine.]

Has been translated to:

New American Standard Bible:  Corinthians 6:9: "Or do you not know
that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be
deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor
effeminate, nor homosexuals..."

Young's Literal Translation: Corinthians 6:9: "have ye not known that
the unrighteous the reign of God shall not inherit? be not led astray;
neither whoremongers, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor
sodomites..."

New International Reader's Version: Corinthians 6:9: "Don't you know
that evil people will not receive God's kingdom? Don't be fooled. Those who
commit sexual sins will not receive the kingdom. Neither will those who
worship statues of gods or commit adultery. Neither will men who are
prostitutes or who commit homosexual acts."

What part don't you understand?
