Or just left well enough alone in March 2003..
Iraq had just reluctantly agreed to allow open inspections
2 weeks before the USA invaded. The threats were working.
Within a few weeks it would have all been settled as far as
'weapons of mass destruction' went but George 'dubya' just
likes to fight I think..
