Ok, I'm going to date myself a little here. Does anyone remember the
book that was distributed over the Internet and on college campuses in
the late 60's early 70's that was call the something or other cookbook.
It was a bomb device book that was regularly seized by law enforcement
when they found it.
Finally a group took, I believe it was Berkley PD, to court over taking
the book as a violation of the 1st amendment. And the USSC ruled on the
case, but I don't remember what the ruling was and can't find it in the
USSC database?
My wife reminded me of this case, but I still don't remember what
happened. Guess I was too busy having kids :)
