Well I won't try and guess what you really want to use your modem for,
but if you regularly use your modem on some large number of dumb
terminals of differing DTE rates, then perhaps the USR is not the right
choice for you. (but I would imagine ANY high speed modem would be wasted
on a dumb terminal anyway!)   CYA  Peter.
