   You really only need 100.
   fgets() is rather intelligently constructed, and will assume
   the need for a terminator. Given 100 as a value, it will read
   only 99, reserving the last byte for '\0'.
   Normally, we would need to keep an extra byte for the
   terminator, but not in this particular instance.
