**** Warning **** Some command interpreters do not process installs or locked
file requests properly. I have had problems with using 4os2 during installs
and have learned to switch back to as pure of an installed system as I can
manage to do a fixpack install or other installs.

It is not universal, I build numerous Warp4 systems at work and don't get
this error.
