I'd suggest, that you create a template, (File -> New -> Template)
and put in fields in your footer. (Insert -> Field)
You have a great variety of field forms to your disposal from a list.
Save the file as a template. When you want to use it, select
(File -> New) and select it.
Be sure, that your fields get updated (if that's what you want).
If you only want the footer on page 1, select Special 1st page.
