Yeah but what he didn't say was that most evidence was in Zurich &
Geneva bank reocrds & the Swiss were saying nein/non so the alternative
was to keep the file open till the Swiss said yes which may be centuries.
It's a bit like saying we have no evidence of purple monsters from the
planet koozbain so the most you can say is that the investigation has not
been completed.
