Do not hold you breath..... Yes it is illegal some places it
distribute the compiled virus code, in some places knowinly having
the virus is illegal. But I have not seen ANY laws stating that
the "VIRUS Source code is illegal".
If he replys I do expect the legal reference, and where the law is
in affect.
