I was a little bit worried about the Russian gift bag I received the other
night.   But I had a long lunch with the Chinese Attaches
yesterday and we just decided to carve up the world between us. 

By the way, Happy Holidays, we are heading to Romania tonight to spend
Christmas with my wife's parents.  At least out of Azerbaijan for a week or
so.
