Not on the driver, but on a printer icon for an installed printer in
the printer folder.

The file is not added to the driver file, but to the Auxiliary pak
file.  That is why you have to use the RMB option on an installed
printer.  You can only use the eCS install program if you used instPtr
because instPtr updates the eCS installer with the updated pak file
information.
