From: "Bob May" To: "atmlist" Reply-To: "Bob May" If you want a full hemisphere, the best way is to mold the glass first and then fine grind from there. Not being able to mold means that you need to do a diamond cup grinder and make the general surface shape and go from there. The polisher would be best started with a set of polishing pads and finish up with a pitch polisher at the end. I'd probably not go past about 30deg. for the polisher size on the hemisphere.
