Not here (not as I recall it) -- that's why the Canadians went in (and why
the Germans and others were busy toeing the ground and looking around
elsewhere when the assignment was being made).  In fact, there was a
considerable discussion that the role was one we could do but that we
didn't have appropriate combat equipment to supply the forces with.
