There are a couple of million Norther Irish Catholics.  There are 1.5
billion Muslims - a thousand times as many.  So your chance of the odd
nutter is a thousand times greater.

Besides - why did they need priests goading them on when they had Ted
Kennedy saying their cause was just?

You can, perhaps, why the USA's suddenly discovered "war on
terror" raises the odd smile in the UK.  More died in the Northern
Ireland troubles than on 9/11 - did _anyone_ in the USA give a flying fuck?
