Poor old UK PBI suddenly found he had to operate as if he were a mil type
in a normal country etc (i.e. definitiely not a war zone oh no...). UK
civie constabulary & CPS was able to charge PBI rather than MoDPlod or
the red caps & a court martial.
Now.......hey hang on then....these injured pbi are actually not just
wounded soldiers but "victims of crime" & the families of the
deceased are also thus "dependants of victims of crime".
Whooo hoooo!!! As Homer Simpson might says.
