I have a M11F and USR V.E Courier here the Courier connects to a
'M34F new datapump' at 26400 then upshifts to 28800 straight away this
was with the latest Austel USR code installed 18/07/95 i think, Iv'e
since went back one revision and my connects have dropped from
26400-28800 to 21600-24000 although my Tx level has risen from -17dB
to -11dB, As Couriers have a habit of connecting low and shifting up
are you sure your not just seeing the inital lower connect before the
train up.

consistant with what i'm seeing here, Are you sure the Courier isn't
shifting up after the connect.
