If I fail to answer any of your mail, it's probably because I lost it in
a hard drive crash.  I lost a few hundred files.  Luckily, almost
everthing was backed up and is safe.  But I don't back up my
unanswered posts.
Not that there's much chance that I missed anything.  Where is everyone
anyway?
