It's really simple to fix his problem. In the request they are going to
issue in January for another 151 billion dollars to fund the war, allocate
2 billion for the troops and make minimum wage for all personnel serving in
Afghanistan or Iraq a nice $100,000/year number. Publicize this and you
will have people lining up at the recruitment office.
Name a 20 year old who wouldn't take a $100,000/year job..
