Last time I checked my ISP also has K56Flex running.  And just to make sure I 
just looked at Accura box.  It certainly does not K56Flex eventually.  It 
does 
say now!  The only thing I can figure out out that this guy is talking about, 
is the eventually ITU 56K standard, which correct me if I am wrong but; that 
won't be till next year right?
