Don't know what EP you have but the typical form of the Plossl lens is a
pair of doublets with the crowns facing each other.  The "tubes"
are spacers for the various lenses and will be the OD of the lenses that
they space apart.  If you figure out a particular arrangement that seems to
fit, the test will be to see if the aperture stop (provided that you didn't
remove that from the position that it was in) is in focus when the assembly
is fully assembled.
Good luck and the worst that you may have to do is take apart another EP of
the same maker, etc.
