Kerry didn't have the guts to stay there, and he only went because he got
turned down on his requests for deferments.  His heart was to get a
deferment, he just wasn't as good at that as he was at filling out the
paperwork to get medals behind the chain of commands back.

Kerry doesn't have the guts to sign the form 180 to release his military
and medical records either.
