It's not just old; it's buggy. *Very* buggy.
I find its most annoying feature is the fact that it grabs the sound card
and does *not* let it go no matter what; so DOS apps, Windoze &c cannot see
the card afterwards. It reappears if you kill the mixer.
So long as Creative keep producing *drivers* for their cards, I'm happy.
