BL> I strongly urge anyone who wishes to talk on their cell phone and
BL> drive at the same time, e.g. to get directions to their
BL> destination, to only do so when using a hands-free feature of
BL> their phone.
BL> it just is not safe to drive in heavy rush hour traffic or for
BL> that matter to drive period with one hand on the wheel and a cell
BL> phone at your ear.
It depends on the person. I have been in two accidents, and both times
I wasn't on the phone. When I'm on the phone I never get in accidents,
I stop paying attention to the call when driving gets serious :) Some
peple though it is advisable like you said to stay off the damn phone.
