Here's a major bug:  To get on (or off) that list,  by way of voice phone, 
you have to call it from the number you want it to apply to.  To do it via
web interface,  there's no such restriction -- and NO AUTHENTICATION IS
APPLIED!  This means that just about anybody who wants to can go in there
and fiddle with it...
