Glad you like our airtime plans.
And no Bell Mobiity Cellular customer pays roaming charges from
the banks of the DETROIT River in Windsor to the New Brunswick
border, a good 800 miles of continuously covered, 4 lane
interstate style highway away.
And in Toronto the 4 lane Interstate is a 16 lane highway with 4
collector and 4 core lanes in each direction and has interchanges
with nicknames like The basketweave or Spagetti junction.
But we have a lot of northern Ontario with no cellular service
and unlikely to get any within my lifetime.
Nt sure about the Prairies but being flat and having their cities
near the railroad and the highway paralling the railroad, they
are easier to cover with a good cellular network.
Now I have been told our cellular companies in canada have
aggressively sought big corporate accounts while U.S. carriers
dont go knocking at the doors of the big firms with lots of
people on the road like realtors, trucks, Mary Kay, Fuller and
every taxi driver in town.
Guess they figure if Pac Bell doesn't, they don't either.
But there is a lot of money to be had out there.
... My hard disk is full! Maybe I'll try this message section thing.
