Hi Poe,

[Thus spake Poe Lim unto Sunny Leung:]

SL> BTW, what's a Codex modem? I thought no one apart from USR had
SL> v.34+ and the updated v.34 spec hasn't been approved.

PL> The Codex is a Motorola, which also implemented their own 33.6k
PL> protocol; Arthur says they don't have the 33.6ks in Aust. The other
PL> one is the AT&T Comsphere, which also have 33.6k, again independent of
PL> both USR and Motorola, but all three are compatible.

That's good to hear i.e. all different 33.6k implementations but still
compatible.

Does this mean that the "improved" v.34 will be very similar to v.34+?
