Well, let me know which ones you're thinking of using.  There are a
couple of them that use samples from movies that might be considered
copyright infringement in some countries.  Also, there's more uploaded
now so have another look.  I recommend considering the following:

Lost Eden (great for looping, especially for a title screen since it
is short)
To Capture Curiosity (again, great for looping)
Transmission Assimilated: This song is pretty long, you could probably
make a few loops out of parts of it and not have to use the whole
thing.  Nice fast bass lines good for arcade fun.
Happy People: Really fun, loops pretty well, and very happy hardcore.

These are off limits: Ones you can't use for one reason or another
(sorry!)
404: Nobody There (I like it too much.  But please enjoy listening to
it for free. :-)
Out with a Vengeance: Contains a lot of samples from the movie "The
Princess Bride" and will not be wise to use
