I can't understand your position. You're saying that Joe Frankiewicz is
mis-interpreting how the V.34+ code that *he* wrote for the V.E 07/05/95
flash ROM works?
Who do *you* write modem code for? What qualifies you to make these kinds of
definitive statements in contradiction to a developer's public statements?
