i hear that they were going to convert "Mission to mars" into "Alien 
encounters" and they didnt know what they were going to do to america sings. 
i know they stole alot of animatronics from that to use in splash mountain so 
they cant do america sings, but not of the building itself.
I know disney is very much safety first, that is one of the reasons i find 
disney to be an interesting company.  No other theme park can match disneys 
air of atmosphere in their parks which make them elete. i also heard that 
Eisner hated alien encounters when it went up in florida.
