In the editor script I made a change to use nansi.sys if ansy.sys is
unavailable. That was with 0.91.4. I don't know if you have neither one if
that gives the error. Previously ansy.sys was set and caused no error if it
wasn't there but joe did some strange things running on a UTF-8 terminal.
(n)ansi.sys should be in some terminfo package. If that's the case let me
know.
Other then that, I changed something with version 0.91.0 for joe.
