Hmmm...I'm no linux guru but I believe if you do a "chmod 644
index.html" plus 
do a "chmod 755 www" from webroot then do "chmod 755
webroot" from mystic 
things should be ok attribute wise. :) I use Windows 7 here but had a Pi3B 
running Apache at one time. :)
