It happened in "Dallas" that I know of in the very early 1980's.
 
Also Clarck Gable died during the filming of "The Misfits". Most
of the shooting had been done though so they managed to fake what still
needed to be filmed by showing a stand-in's back.
 
Marilyn Monroe ws also in that film and she equally passed-away in still
dubious circumstances a bit later.
 
Another nice list is the one with performers/actors/politicians who died in
plane crashes ... it's remarkable high.
