I already recomended that you run from a batch file on that one.

I don't use BinkD but I am using Radius on Win2K. I call FE from a batch
file. The batch file call looks like this:
%ARCMAIL%       f:\bbs\tossmail.bat

the Batchfile:

=== Begin tossmail.bat ===
{at}echo off
call f:\bbs\ele\startup
rem that fixes the path
f:
cd \bbs\fe
fastecho toss
feutil import
=== End tossmail.bat ===

Running 1.46pl1 here.
