Greetings All,

Well, I think its ready.  Rtaft Ver 1.81 is ready for public consumption (I Hope!)

What is it?
Automated Foucault testing using a Robotic Video Foucault platform driven
by a Mel Bartels' driver board.

Who Would Want to use it?
Anyone doing a lot of testing
Anyone looking to build something just a little different

Who should NOT use it?
Anyone that has never done a Couder Mask / Pen / Paper / Micrometer
Foucault test! (Adding a computer to the mix, just makes it harder to
learn, not easier!)

BTW, the code should work fine, however the web site isn't complete yet.
Hopefully by the end of the year, I'll get the advanced options, trouble
shooting, and Theory of Operation pages complete.

For the moment, there should be enough details to at least get you started
on setting up and running Automated tests.
